THE OLD GUARD HOUSE DUNGEON
The Venue
In September 2010 Crystal and Bram commenced the conversion of an old Guard House built in the 16th Century with a vision of establishing one of the finest Dungeons in the UK. Since the moment she set eyes on the building, Crystal first words were "we could torture a lot of souls in this gorgeous landmark!"
In 2015 the conversion was finally completed having tackled every obstacle imaginable. Crystal and Bram then set about procuring a long list of suitable BDSM equipment required to complete the works by touring some of the finest manufacturers both home abroad such as Hauntcult, Behind Barz, and many more.
In April 2016 The Old Guard House Dungeon opened its gates for the first time as a premier, exclusive, two bedroom venue. Since then it has catered to some of the worlds most exceptional and talented Sadists and Masochists from all walks of life. Crystal and Bram pride themselves on their discretion no matter how well known the guests are, and they have hosted many.
Entering into The Old Guardhouse through the original door is a truly a unique experience and create memories that will last forever. Our guests are bound to enjoy their stay no matter what their kinks, skills, passion and need. Whether they choose to stay as a couple, group or even on their own as part of our training facility, they will never regret their stay.
With the above in mind, booking with us is also a unique experience as Crystal and Bram will only accept bookings through referral from previous guests. This ensures exclusivity, privacy, discretion while maintaining the high standards The Old Guard House has become infamous for.
The Armory Room
This is the main Dungeon chamber which is housed in the original Armory and has our stunning open fireplace. Here our guests will have access to key equipment such as the St Andrews, the Wooden Pony, the Shibari Poles and many more.
Dragon Room and Lounge
The Dragon Room is a medium sized chill out space that also hosts the Bamboo Rack and is ideal for displaying the Subject while the Dominant (and friends) can relax and enjoy the view.
The Damp Patch
This is an area set aside for Humiliation and Degradation and also hosts the Dunking Ditch. It is ideal for those who enjoy liquid kinks, in whatever form. The area is designed to be easy clean to ensure our venue is suitable for the next guests. It is the only area designed specifically for such kinks.
Medical Area
Is there a Dr in the House? Our wonderful Swemed chair is ready and waiting for detailed examination.
Aftercare Bar
After a long tortuous day, the Aftercare Bar provides the perfect come down and relax area. The bar is self service and well stocked with everything from mineral water to Cognac. The Aftercare Bar bridges the medium sized, well equipped kitchen area and the Dragon Room.
Mystic room (Main Bedroom)
The Mystic Room features a wonderful four poster bed and stone wall along with en suite bathroom containing a beaten copper bathtub. The room is designed to relax after a long day in the Armory with a sprinkling of "fixtures and fittings" for those who have not yet tired themselves out.
The Lost Room (Guest Bedroom)
This room was discovered during the conversion when tracing some old pipework! This is the perfect guest room with an antique mahogany bed and stone feature wall. There is also a cage if a Subject hasn't earned a soft warm bed for the night or simply isn't worthy. The room has an en suite bathroom with walk in 2 person shower.
Whirlpool (hot tub)
Regardless of the weather, there is nothing better than dipping into 42c water under the open sky. The Whirlpool is a decked area below majestic Hazelnut trees with a clear view up into the night sky. The area is private, secluded and provides a unique view of the surrounding countryside. No matter what our guests decide to do, they are assured of the privacy required.
